A Note From Jamie Daniel:

The Sho-Me Horse Show Circuit Association held their 2008 show year awards banquet on Saturday Feb 7 at the Fraternal Order of the Eagles lodge in Jefferson City.Fischer Stables was well represented by Jamie Daniel ,Manager and several individuals currently boarding their horses at the facility. Fischer Stables hosts shows for the Sho-Me organization to attend and participate in. The Sho-Me Circuit offers high point awards in every Sho-Me sanctioned class, from halter to western pleasure, and timed speed events such as barrel racing. Five local individuals and their horses currently boarding at Fischer Stables received awards and acknowledgments for their accomplishments during the 2008 show season. Marilyn Chambers and Sailors Tom Cat received a 4th place award in Open Novice Western Pleasure. McKenna Clippert and Good Time Tim received a 3rd in Youth Barrels and a 3rd in Youth Poles. Laurel McMillin and Cami received, a 4th in Youth Western Pleasure and a 5th in Youth Horsemanship. Shelby McCoy and Sting My Fancy received a 2nd in Novice Walk Trot, a 2nd in Youth Horsemanship, a 3rd in Youth Showmanship, a 4th in Walk Trot Equitation 14&over, a 4th in Senior Western Pleasure and a 4th in Youth Western Pleasure. Mallory Holman and Candy received a Champion High Point 18&Under belt buckle given by Fischer Stables. In addition to the evenings presentations, Fischer Stables was awarded a trophy and framed certificate for the Sho-Me Circuit Horse Show of the Year 2008. This award is voted on by members of the Sho-Me Horse Show Circuit and awarded to the nominee with the highest number of votes. The award is in recognition of Fischer Stables outstanding service to the Sho-Me Horse Show Association.
